Apply Driving License Offline

Follow the steps below to apply for a driving license in Delhi using an offline method. Please be aware that after obtaining a learner’s permit for 30 days, applicants are qualified to apply for a permanent driving license.

  • First, visit any nearby RTO and fill out a form No. 4 application. Furthermore, please complete the form and submit it with the necessary paperwork.
  • Form 5, a driving certificate provided by a driving school or other organization, must also be submitted if you’re applying for a commercial driver’s license.
